The commune of Fleurie makes up a natural amphitheatre, overlooked by the hill that symbolises Fleurie, La Madone.

The village opens its arms to visitors with a tourist office, a municipal camp site, a hotel and several restaurants. Never forgetting the beautiful countryside and architecture.

The chapel of "La Madone" is from the 19th century.  It overhangs the village and offers a beautiful view on the Sâone valley, the Beaujolais Crus and the surrounding hills.

Many pedestrian paths will take you through vines and woods.  Cycle lovers will find also beautiful tours.

Fleurie was recently awarded the “Station Verte” label as a quality outdoor holiday destination making it the ideal starting point to explore the Beaujolais region.
