Assembly of grapes from different terroirs within the Fleurie appellation area, with a predominance of big crystal granitic soil.

Vinification in whole bunches
10-day vatting
Extraction by pumping over and punching down the cap
Extraction temperature of 33°C at the beginning of alcoholic fermentation
Brought down to 20°C at the end of alcoholic fermentation after pressing to retain the fruit aromas and flavours.

Maturing

Matured in vats for 8 months
Bottled at the Château

Eye: deep red robe


Nose: red fruit aromas with iris and violet notes

Palate: elegant and harmonious

Serve chambré for a candle-lit dinner, with poultry or white meat
